Family Resources will be hosting a march for World Day Against Trafficking in Persons Day on July 30th from 3:00-7:00 PM! This march will be open house style, so community members can come and go at their leisure. There will be activities for families to participate in, in addition to the march. The march will happen throughout the afternoon and evening from Centennial park in Davenport to the Sky Bridge. We are looking to fill multiple spots at this event with volunteers. The following is a list of areas needing to be filled during various shifts:
Set up for event:
Responsibilities: Set up tables, unload items and put in proper places, put out signs
Water Table:
Responsibilities: Hand out drinks or oversee drinks as marchers stop, refill/ stock as needed
Fans and Chalk Table:
Responsibilities: over see table and hand out items
Photo Booth:
Responsibilities: Encourage guests to use the photo frame, direct and organize line.
Tear Down:
Responsibilities: Take down tables, pack up items, pick up signs
